 Meet Michael Lilley
Michael is already a hard working Colchester Borough Councillor representing the Donyland Ward. He is seriously concerned about the current County Council's lack of work of the roads and pavements of Rowhedge and feels once again that the village is getting a raw deal from Essex County Council - something he would put right if elected on 4th June.
